Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location — metro areas typically receive orders within 3-5 business days, while regional and remote areas may take a little longer. You'll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched so you can follow it the whole way.

We pack every order carefully but occasionally things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of the damage and email us at hello@wild1.com.au within 48 hours of receiving it. We'll sort it out for you straight away — whether that's a replacement or a refund, we'll make it right.

Yes — Wild One Beverages holds certified organic status across our core juice and sparkling range. Our products are independently certified and meet Australia's strict organic certification standards, meaning no synthetic pesticides, no artificial additives and no compromises. You'll find the certification mark on every bottle.

Absolutely — that's the whole point of our mixed boxes. When you add a mixed box to your cart you'll be able to select your preferred flavours up to the maximum number listed for that product. It's the best way to try the range or stock up on your favourites.

All Wild One products are shelf stable and can be stored at ambient temperature — no refrigeration required until opened. They're best enjoyed chilled straight from the fridge. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Never. Wild One products are made with real, natural ingredients and nothing else. The only sugar you'll find in our range comes naturally from the 100% real fruit juice we use — we never add sugar, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, artificial colours or artificial flavours. What you see on the label is exactly what's in the bottle, nothing more.

Our products have an impressive 2 to 3 year shelf life when stored correctly at ambient temperature away from direct sunlight. This makes them perfect for stocking up without any waste. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 days for best quality.

Yes — all Wild One products are naturally gluten free, making them a great choice for those with gluten intolerances or coeliac disease. Our entire range is suitable for vegans (excluding our sparkling collagen water)

Yes — once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time through Australia Post. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, get in touch at hello@wild1.com.au and we'll look into it for you.

Yes we ship Australia wide including WA, NT and all regional and remote areas. Please note that delivery times to WA, NT and remote locations will be longer than metro areas due to the distance involved. All orders are sent via Australia Post and tracking is provided so you always know where your order is.

Unfortunately we don't offer international shipping at this stage — we're currently only available to customers within Australia. We'd love to reach customers around the world one day, but for now we're focused on delivering the best possible experience right here at home.
